Skiathos airport in the “most thematic” of Europe
The list of participating airports has been compiled based on the most popular for voters in recent years. Voters are asked to choose their favorite airport in each category with Skiathos Airport featured for the first time in Europe’s “Spectacular Airports” category, as it offers some of the most spectacular landings and take-offs in the world and is a reference point for the world community of plane spotters.
It is no coincidence that it is called by the lovers of the genre as the “Saint Martin” of Greece.
